Pastoral training Malawi

Leadership Training

We partner with the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church of Malawi (ARPC) to provide sound training in Reformed theology through in-depth modules and practical leadership experience.

Equipping Pastors for Faithful Ministry

Strengthening local church leadership is essential to building healthy, enduring congregations. For this reason, ARPC pastors and leaders are currently participating in training provided by MINTS (Miami International Theological Seminary), a ministry that equips pastors worldwide with a strong foundation in Reformed theology.

MINTS serves the global church as a non-denominational training program while embracing the historic doctrinal commitments reflected in the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Heidelberg Confession. Their approach combines accessible learning with hands-on encouragement through two primary formats: online theological studies and five- to seven-day in-person training seminars.

It is the intention of the Jars of Clay Foundation – Malawi to come alongside these pastors in a practical way by providing financial support so they can participate in the online studies and attend the in-person seminars. By investing in leadership training, we are investing in faithful gospel ministry—pastors who are better equipped to preach, shepherd, disciple, and serve their communities for years to come.
